Quick Start Guide
Most clinicians are up and running in 15 minutes. The setup is the same whether you're using MedMETs standalone or as the scribe layer over your existing EHR.
Getting started in 15 minutes
Every feature is designed around real clinical workflows — purpose-built for healthcare teams, not adapted from generic software.
Step 1: Create your account
Navigate to app.medmets.com and sign in with the credentials provided by your practice administrator. First-time users will be prompted to set a password and configure two-factor authentication.
Step 2: Configure your profile
Complete your clinician profile — speciality, preferred note format, and default templates. The AI adapts to your speciality and note preferences during setup.
Step 3: Run a test consultation
Open a test patient record and start the AI Scribe. Speak naturally as you would in a consultation. At the end, review the generated note and adjust your template preferences if needed.
Six reference sections
Full content lands as Phase 3 ships. This page already lists the sections that will exist and links them out from the navigation.
