Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include an implementation fee depending on integration scope and custom configuration requirements.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing dashboard. Pro-rated credits apply on upgrades; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does the free trial include?
All Professional-tier features for 30 days, including telehealth and analytics. No credit card required to start; you only enter payment details when you choose to continue beyond the trial.
How is usage counted?
Consultations are unlimited on all paid plans. Patient records are capped on Starter (500); Professional and Enterprise are unlimited. Storage of attachments is unlimited but subject to fair-use policy.
Is my data safe during the trial?
Your data is treated identically during the trial as on a paid plan — same encryption, same residency controls, same audit logging. If you choose not to continue, you can export everything or request deletion under your Data Subject Rights.
What integrations are included?
Starter includes our core EHR connectors. Professional adds HL7 v2 messaging and document-exchange protocols. Enterprise supports custom HL7 FHIR integrations and proprietary EHR adapters as part of the implementation engagement.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual plans are billed once at the start of the year for a 20% saving versus the same plan billed monthly. You still get the same features and the same 30-day free trial — the trial period sits before any billing kicks in.
