Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions to MedMETs by individual practitioners and clinics. It covers monthly and annual plans purchased directly through our website or through an authorised reseller. Free tier accounts are not subject to this policy — there is nothing to refund.
2. 14-day money-back window
New paid subscriptions are covered by a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first charge. If you decide MedMETs isn't right for you within those 14 days — for any reason or no reason — email hello@medmets.comand we'll refund the most recent payment in full.
3. Annual plan prorated refunds
Annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window are refunded on a prorated basis for unused months. Months in which the account had any active clinical use (notes generated, care plans drafted, AI calls made) are considered used. Months with zero activity are refundable at the monthly equivalent rate.
4. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing. The current month is not refunded except inside the 14-day window above.
5. Multi-seat and clinic plans
Clinic plans with 5+ seats follow the same 14-day window. After the window, deactivating individual seats removes future billing for those seats but does not generate retrospective refunds. Annual clinic plans cancelled mid-term are refunded on a prorated basis for unused full months across all seats.
6. Exclusions
This policy does not cover the following situations:
- Setup, training, or onboarding fees (these are non-refundable once delivered).
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. clinic data migration services).
- Charges older than 90 days from the date of the refund request.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
- Refunds requested via chargeback before contacting us — please reach out first.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@medmets.comwith your account email and a brief reason. You don't need to justify the request — the reason helps us improve the product, not gatekeep your refund. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
8. How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. Bank-transfer refunds settle within 3–5 business days. If you switched cards, we may need additional confirmation before processing.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply directly to the support email thread and we'll escalate to a manual review. Disputes that can't be resolved through support follow the dispute-resolution path in our Terms of Service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. The version on this page is always the current version.
